2. General and mandatory informationAs the operator of this website, I, Katharina Grelck, take the protection of your personal data seriously. I therefor treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the legal data privacy regulations and the contents of this declaration. If you object, your data will no longer be processed unless I can verify reasons for the processing that outweigh your interest, rights and freedom or if the processing serves the enforcement or defense of legal claims (Objection according to Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO).
People that are affected by violations of the DSGVO have a right to make a complaint with their respective surveillance authority, especially in the member state of their ordinary presence, their workplace or place of alleged violation. The right to make a complaint remains untouched by any other administraive or judicial legal remedies.
You have the right to demand me handing over the data that I process on the basis of your agreement or in executing a contract, to you or a third party in an established, machine readable format. If you demand the handing over of data to another responsible party, this request can only be carried out if technically possible.
This page uses a SSL/ TSL encoding for security purposes and to secure the transfer of classified content like orders or requests that you send to me. 3. Data collection on my websiteThe website uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any harm on your computer and do not contain any viruses. They serve the purposes of making my services and content more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer and that are saved by your browser. Most of the cookies used on this website are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain saved on your end device until you delete them. My IT systems can therefor recognize your browser upon your next visit and provide the page even faster.
If you contact me via e-mail, telephone or airmail, your request including all resulting personal data (name, request) are saved and processed by me for the purpose of handling your request. I of course do not hand this information over without your agreement. The processing of this data happens on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your request is connected to the fullfillment of a contract or necessary for means precedent to a contract. In any other case, the processing is based on your agreement (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) and/ or my legitimate interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO) since I want to handle and answer your request effectively. The data that you hand over to me via e-mail, telephone or airmail remains with me until you request the deletion, revoke your agreement to the saving or until the purpose of the data saving omits (e.g. after completion of the handling of your request). I collect and process personal data only as far as needed for the justification, content design or alteration of the legal relationship (base data). This happens on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO that allows the processing of data for the purpose of executing a contract or means precedent to a contract. I collect and process personal data on the usage of my website (user data) as far as necessary to enable or bill the claim of my service for the user. The collected data is deleted after completion of the request or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain untouched.
4. Plugins and toolsThis webiste uses so-called web fonts that are provided by Google to ensure a unfiorm display of fonts. Upon opening the website, your browser downloads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache in order to correctly display texts and fonts. In order to to so, your browser needs to make a connection to the servers of Google. Google hereby gains knowledge of the fact that my website was opened by your IP address. The usage of Google web fonts happens solely based on the interest of a uniform display of my online services. This represents a legitimate interest in the contect of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support browser web fonts, a standard font is being used by your computer.
